We, as the proud residents of the esteemed Talagang Co-operative Group Housing Society, commonly known as NEELKANTH APARTMENTS, are eager to share the distinguishing features and vibrant atmosphere of our community living.

Location and Registration: Nestled in the north-western expanse of Delhi, at plot number #49, Sector-13, Rohini, on the main K. N. Katju Marg, our society is registered under the Registrar of Co-operative Group Housing Societies with membership No. #799. Our strategic positioning, adjacent to the outer ring road and in close proximity to an upcoming metro station, ensures convenient accessibility for all residents.

History and Construction: Neelkanth Apartments was born from a visionary initiative by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), allocating six acres of prime land for development. Under the meticulous craftsmanship of a renowned builder, our community began its journey, with the inaugural allocation of residences to our esteemed members.

Layout and Categories: Comprising 16 systematically planned blocks, our community offers a diverse range of residences across four distinct categories: A, B, C, and D. Noteworthy is the provision of stilt parking for all categories except D, complemented by two elevators and an emergency exit staircase servicing each seven-storey block.
